The Future of Food

This documentary discusses an investigation into unlabelled, patented, genetically engineered foods being sold in the United States. It also discusses the impact of producing these genetically modified crops in Mexico and Canada.

The film is far from a happy film. Please be warned that you may become angered over much of what is revealed.  However, it is better to know then to be in the dark.

This educational edition features a year-long college level curriculum that serves as a companion to Deborah Koons Garcia's documentary The Future of Food. It is based on Dr. Joshua Muldavin's lecture course entitled Food, Agriculture, Environment, and Development.
